Product Warranties

It is always recommended to register your product warranties through the manufacturer. Check with your BACS, Inc representative to make sure your products haven't already been registered for you.   By registering your product warranty you will receive faster warranty service, and won't have to provide proof of purchase when making a claim.

Our Warranty


BACS Inc. (doing business as Bradley Arnold Construction Services Inc.) ("BACS Inc.") hereby provides a warranty for the labor and materials associated with the project as outlined in the approved project documents and any authorized modifications thereto. This warranty guarantees that all labor and workmanship will be free from defects due to improper or substandard workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the completion of the project.
BACS Inc. further warrants that all materials provided by BACS Inc. in connection with the project, unless otherwise specified, shall be new and free from defects in material or installation for a period of one (1) year.
In the event that any defects attributable to improper workmanship or materials arise within the warranty period, BACS Inc. will correct such defects at no cost to the client or contractor.
This warranty is void and any applicable work, service calls, materials, or labor will be billed to the financially responsible party under the following conditions:
  • Work or materials that have been exposed to extreme temperatures, harmful chemicals, or high water pressure.
  • Work or materials that have been subjected to abuse, neglect, or failure to perform routine maintenance.
  • Any alterations or modifications made to the work by anyone other than BACS Inc., its employees, subcontractors, or authorized representatives.
  • Any underground utilities or repairs, including piping that has been subjected to freezing conditions.
  • Any work that was performed in an unconventional manner at the specific request of the homeowner or general contractor.
  • Materials or fixtures supplied by parties other than BACS Inc.
This warranty does not apply to work or materials that have been altered or tampered with by any entity not directly associated with BACS Inc.
