From June 1 to November 30, 2025, BACS, Inc. is proud to give back through our Plumbing for Purpose campaign! For every service visit, we’re donating 50% of each $89 trip fee to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. On larger jobs, we’ll also donate 3% of the labor total above $500 (after discounts).
Plus, you’ll have the option to add your own donation to St. Jude directly from your invoice.

Plumbing for a Purpose
Campaign Terms and Conditions

Effective Dates: June 1, 2025 – November 30, 2025
The "Plumbing for Purpose" campaign is a charitable giving initiative created and managed solely by BACS, Inc. to support the mission of St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The campaign is an expression of our company's values and social responsibility and is governed by the following terms and conditions.

1. Campaign Overview
From June 1, 2025 through November 30, 2025, BACS, Inc. pledges to:
  • Donate 50% of each $89 trip fee collected within our standard service area.
  • Additionally, for service invoices where labor charges exceed $500 (after any coupons, discounts, or promotional offers), we will donate 3% of the amount above $500 in labor costs.
These donations will be made by BACS, Inc. and will not increase the amount billed to clients.

2. Eligibility Criteria
  • Only paid residential and commercial non-warranty service work is eligible.
  • Warranty work and callback services are excluded from this campaign.
  • Donations calculated from labor charges only. Material costs, parts, permits, or equipment fees do not contribute to the $500 labor threshold.
  • The $500 threshold for the additional 3% donation is calculated after applying all coupons, discounts, and promotional incentives.

3. Service Area Conditions
  • The 50% trip fee donation applies only to work performed within BACS, Inc.'s standard service area.
  • For work performed outside of our normal service area, the 50% trip fee donation does not apply, but the 3% donation on qualifying labor over $500 still applies.

4. Financial and Legal Disclaimers
  • BACS, Inc. is not a non-profit organization. We are a privately held, for-profit plumbing service provider.
  • We are not affiliated, endorsed, or in partnership with St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
  • St. Jude Children's Research Hospital is not a participant in, nor does it manage or co-sponsor, this campaign.
  • St. Jude may, at its discretion, audit or review our campaign to ensure compliance with their name usage policies.
  • Clients and the general public do not have the right to audit BACS, Inc.'s internal records or financial donations related to this campaign.
  • No payment made by a client directly to St. Jude will be accepted or considered as payment for plumbing services rendered by BACS, Inc.

5. Donation Process and Communication
  • Donations will be made at intervals determined by BACS, Inc. throughout the campaign period.
  • Clients will not receive charitable donation receipts from BACS, Inc. or St. Jude unless otherwise specified.
  • BACS, Inc. may publicly share cumulative donation totals but is not obligated to publish detailed financial data or transaction reports.
  • At the time of service payment, clients will have the option to include an additional donation to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital through the client portal on their invoice. These optional donations are collected by BACS, Inc. and remitted directly to St. Jude, less a 3% credit card processing fee. This additional donation is entirely voluntary and does not affect service pricing.

6. Campaign Changes and Termination
  • BACS, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Plumbing for Purpose campaign at any time, with or without notice.
  • All eligible invoices processed up to the campaign termination date will still qualify for donation under the above terms.

7. Acknowledgment of Terms
By engaging in services with BACS, Inc. during the campaign period, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand the voluntary nature of this initiative.
